1.Privacy Policy

1.1. This document establishes the Privacy Policy of Inocambra Website (hereinafter "Privacy Policy") and integrates the General Terms and Conditions of Use of that same Website (hereinafter "Terms and Conditions") and should be read in conjunction with those. The Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the Website, including limitations and disclaimers. Please read the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Website. By making your personal data available, you are authorizing the collection, treatment and use of the data in accordance with the rules defined herein.

1.2. Unless expressly stated otherwise in this document, all terms set forth in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Terms and Conditions.

3. Treatment of personal data

3.1. By using the contact form, the User expressly consents to the processing, by the Company, of the following categories of personal data: name, telephone number and email address; the IP address of the computer or mobile device from which access to the Website is made may also be collected. Personal information sent by the User to the Company by post, telephone, fax, mobile messages or through any other communication channel may also be processed.

3.2. Browsing and registration on the Website involves the use of Google Analytics and, consequently, the Company and Google may process, in aggregated form, the following categories of information: geographical location of access (continent, country, city), age, gender, language, device used to access the Website (for example, mobile device, tablet, desktop) and browsing behaviour on the Website (for example, new or returning user, average session duration and average time spent on each page, including within the private area). 3.3. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, any personal data or information relating to the User processed by the Company shall generally be referred to as “Personal Data”.

3.4. Certain personal data is mandatory and is duly identified as such. In the event that such data is not provided, or is insufficient, the User will not be able to submit the message to the Company.

3.5. By completing the Website contact form, the User expressly consents to the processing of Personal Data for the following purposes:
a) browsing and use of the Website;

c) sending information or communications regarding the Company or events related thereto;
d) carrying out marketing activities;

3.6. The Website may make available areas relating to games, competitions or forums (chat forums), in connection with which Personal Data may be requested from the User. 3.10. The Website uses services provided by Apollo.io, a sales intelligence and contact management and prospecting platform, including functionalities for analysing and identifying Website visitors.
For this purpose, certain data relating to the use of the Website may be collected and processed, including, among others, the IP address, information relating to the device and browser used, pages and content visited, date and time of access, frequency and duration of visits, information relating to interaction with the Website and approximate geographical location derived from the IP address.
Depending on the functionalities used and the data available, Apollo may use this information to identify or associate a visit with a particular company and, where legally permitted and technically possible, with a professional contact associated with that company. Apollo may also associate professional information available in its databases, such as name, position, company, professional location and professional contact details.
The processing of this data is intended, in particular, to analyse the use of the Website, understand the profile and interests of visitors, identify potential business contacts, improve the effectiveness of the Company’s sales and marketing activities and enable the management and follow-up of potential business opportunities.
The use of Apollo functionalities involving cookies, tracking technologies or other forms of information collection that require consent shall only take place following the User’s consent, where legally required. The User may manage or withdraw their consent through the options made available in the Website’s cookie management mechanism.
Data processed through Apollo may be processed by entities located outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the Company shall ensure that international transfers of Personal Data are carried out in accordance with the requirements established under applicable legislation, through the implementation of appropriate safeguards.

4. Consent

4.1. With regard to direct marketing actions, the User shall be entitled in all cases to revoke the consent, by subscribing to the unsubscribe link contained in the message sent.

4.2. The revocation of consent for the processing of Personal Data, as provided in the previous numbers, implies, depending on the specific situation, the limitation of navigation on the Website as well as the impossibility of receiving direct marketing messages.

5. Access, update or elimination of personal data

5.1. AUnless otherwise indicated by the data owner, the Company will assume that the data collected was inserted by the same and that its insertion was authorized by him, being the same true and accurate.

5.2. The Company assures the User the right of access to his data, without restrictions and without unreasonable delays, transmitting the information concerning him with his data in a language clearly and strictly corresponding to the content of his registration.

5.3. For the exercise of the rights of access, updating, rectification and elimination of Personal Data, the User must write to the Company to one of the addresses of postal mail or electronic mail indicated in 2.2. above.

6. Cookies and storage and access to information

6.1. he Website uses "Cookies". Cookies are small text files that identify your computer on our server; the website is located on a standard Apache server. Cookies themselves do not identify the individual user, only the computer or device used.
